Co-founder 1/3, designed the core game and client/enterprise offering, scaling to 600K users and $2M in yearly revenue. Conducted weekly sprints, planned quarterly roadmaps, created high fidelity wireframes and conducted user research and testing. Built and managed a client base of 50+ accounts, grew the team to 25 people.

Premise / UX Designer  May 2014 - Dec 2014

First UX hire, designed look and feel, user workflows and icon set for the core Android app and enterprise data visualization product. Had to account for a range of "last-mile" scenarios , including users with little or no data access, 12+ device models and legacy OS, and local device memory usage.

Google (Adwords & Saleshub teams)   April 2013 - April 2014

Sole UX designer on the Saleshub team, designing a custom version of Drive to serve Google's 5000+ sales people. Conducted user research to determine user needs, worked with engineering and product management to deliver an MVP. Also sat on the Adwords design team, working on retargeting and budget automation features, one of which saw a $120M in quarterly revenue lift.  

Sabbatical / Freelance UX   July 2012 - April 2013

Drove around the US and Canada in my trusty 1982 VW surf van Duke, visiting 39 states, driving 35,000 miles, and having a whole ton of awesome experiences. Places highly worth visiting: Fern Canyon, Yellowstone, White Sands, Guadalupe Mountains, Ogunquit. Worked on side projects, and a few clients.

EchoUser, Inc.   2009 - 2012

Hire #4, came on and learned the fundamentals of UX (user research, usability testing, interaction design). Quickly started leading project teams, sourcing new business, and running workshops. Landed the company's biggest contract to date, working on it for 2 years (redesigning an $800M suite of simulation tools). Left when the company hit 25 ppl to surf more.

SecondMuse (previously Origo)   2007 - 2009

Started as an intern working on sustainability projects and business model planning. Eventually managed multiple large accounts, facilitated cross-sector gatherings for 50+ people, and helped land new business worth $400K+. While at Origo, also co-created Launch.org, a NASA-sponsored project currently still running strong.
